Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain items, such as custom, bespoke or special orders, perishable goods, and hazardous materials, are non-returnable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at info@industrialsuppliesni.co.uk for more information.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
